We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Communications Manager to manage and grow our digital presence across various social platforms.

What will you be doing?

The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting events, initiatives, and partnerships, and fostering an engaged online community aligned with our mission to strengthen Africa-Caribbean collaboration on sustainable development and investment.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience managing social media for an organization, event, or campaign.
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and content creation skills.
  • Proficiency with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Passion for sustainable development, investment, and Africa-Caribbean cooperation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

What difference will you make?

Your work with the team will help the Deputy Chair, to design high-impact marketing plans for a cutting edge sustainability and investment summit. You will be a critical resource responsible for ensuring every aspect of the marketing plan of the event is properly coordinated to meet the expectations of a discerning high-profile audience.
