We are a small organisation with a wide reach, aiming to be a catalyst for positive social change through our work with schools, universities, local communities, and national and international networks.
YOUR QUALITIES:

Charity finance & accounting / Education policy / Fundraising / IT & technology / Human resources
We are particularly keen to involve people from diverse backgrounds, including young people, women, BAME communities, Disabled people, LGBT+ people and people locked in poverty.

Interested parties will be open to collaborative approaches to planning and overseeing this successful charity, and an eye to the future as we come to the end of a fruitful period of EU collaborations, and seek to consolidate what we do and how we do it.
This is an opportunity to help us steer our work and make the most of our resources. Our staff team is small and dynamic, and our work is wide ranging. This is a chance to amplify and support important work in education that helps young people become ready for an unpredictable futures. This is also an opportunity to learn more about the world of global learning (including Global Citizenship Education, Education for Sustainability and more). Our work takes place with young people, educators, trainee teachers, academics and communities. Our remit is broad, and our day to day, exciting!
