What will you be doing?

Your Role:  

Action Change has recently moved towards corporate partnerships as a priority, LinkedIn is an essential part of this strategy. we are seeking an experienced social media LinkedIn manager for this new role. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience with building sales strategies and lead management to help our new appointed sales team. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate success in LinkedIn as well as Social Media skills. You will work with the corporate team and CEO to oversee our LinkedIn content and paid adverts to drive leads for the corporate team. As a senior member you will also be responsible and oversee our CEO's LinkedIn profile, therefore we need the candidate to also demonstrate professional business writing skills. 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Write and publish articles on LinkedIn to drive traffic 
  • Like, engage and join CSR and Social Impact groups on LinkedIn
  • Post weekly on LinkedIn as Action Change and the CEO 
  • Drive traffic and increase our followers on LinkedIn 
  • Increase engagement in LinkedIn posts 
  • Generate leads for corporate partnerships 

Your KPI’s

  • Generate 2-3 sales ready leads per month 
  • Post a minimum of 3 times a week
  • Engage on 3-4 groups per week
  • Increase followers as per target monthly 
  • Increase engagement on posts as per monthly targets 
  • Drive donations of $2000 over 12 months on LinkedIn

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience with building sales strategies and lead management to help our new appointed sales team.

We are looking for someone that has the ability and drive to self direct work and show initiative in getting things done to help our charity to survive and grow. 

The majority of people working with Action Change are professional volunteers and part time interns. We believe it is important to work together as a team to help each other grow at the same time as supporting our projects around the world. We seek individuals that are willing to get involved with tasks and at the same time share their knowledge and experience to help develop Action Change. 

Each role at Action Change has KPI's and many hold a financial goal to allow ownership of tasks and you will be given fall control of the strategy to reach your targets, as a team we are also here to support each other to ensure everyone get's to personally develop at the same time.
