We are looking for experienced facilitators to work with us to plan and manage an online event that will bring together a broad range of sectors from professional to community stakeholders, including young people.

Open Space (OS) is a highly participatory facilitation process that allows a group – of any size - to work together to create an agenda quickly. It allows everyone to take part in the sessions that interest them.
It was developed historically for face to face meetings, but it has been successfully adapted in current times for online zoom.
We are in the early stages of planning an Open Space workshop for later in the year. Although we have experience of using this physically, we now need help to develop a series of online events.

You would become part of our small, friendly team and have the opportunity to build your skills in running online events, using your time to make a real difference in difficult times and to contribute your ideas to help solve one of today’s pressing environmental challenges..
