What will you be doing?

Kathryn’s Cause is looking for a dedicated Legal & Governance Expert to join our board of trustees. As a startup charity, we need guidance in legal compliance, governance, and risk management to ensure we operate ethically and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the charity complies with legal and regulatory requirements.
Provide governance advice to the board and support risk management.
Assist in drafting policies, contracts, and agreements.
Promote ethical decision-making and strong governance practices.

Ideal Candidate:

Background in law, governance, or compliance (charity law experience is a plus).
Strong problem-solving, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
Passionate about supporting a meaningful cause.

This is a voluntary position, offering the chance to make a real difference in a growing charity.
