The Mindfulness Project charity, dedicated to spreading the practice and benefits of mindfulness, is in search of a dynamic volunteer to support with the legal, reporting, and communication requirements of the organisation.

What will you be doing?

What We Need:

  • Legal and Reporting Assistance: Help us navigate the complexities of legal requirements and reporting of the charity to ensure our operations run smoothly.
  • Board Secretariat Support: Play a critical role in managing the administrative functions of our board, ensuring efficient communication and follow-up on key issues.

Additional Areas of Potential Support:

  • General Communication: Assist in developing and implementing a communication strategy with various stakeholders through a period of change.
  • Grant Pursuit and Growth Initiatives: If you have a knack for identifying opportunities and securing funding, your contribution can significantly impact our projects and the expansion of our charity.

What are we looking for?

Who You Are:

  • Passionate about mindfulness and its positive impacts on well-being.
  • Skilled in legal, administrative, and/or communication domains, with an understanding of non-profit governance.
  • Self-motivated, with good organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Looking to apply your expertise in a volunteer capacity to help grow a charity that makes a difference in people’s mental health and wellbeing.

What difference will you make?

We would like to broaden our impact, enhancing mental health, championing sustainability, and nurturing deeper connections across communities. By joining to support The Mindfulness Project, together we can help foster well-being at individual and community levels and help create a wider shift towards greater resilience and collective compassion.
