Opportunity description

As a Legacy Development Coordinator you will lead management of the legacy. Lead management of the project Finance. Work collaboratively with staff and volunteers. The role requires you to have strong leadership & finance management skills.

The role

You will work closely with the Area Development Manager, Volunteer coordinator and Sutton, Kingston and Epsom local group to advance the local group's legacy spending plan by:

  • Filling in the necessary paperwork and documentation
  • Coordinating legacy logistics including setting up activities, monitoring, and direct communications with service providers and volunteers
  • Supporting the delivery of activity sessions
  • Providing regular reporting
  • Monitoring and evaluating legacy spending with Treasurers of the group.
  • The role also requires you to have strong leadership with finance management skills.

Person description

To volunteer in the role of Legacy Development Coordinator you will need to have:

  • Leadership skills

  • Good IT skills with access to a computer and the Internet
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to present publicly
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff and volunteers
