What will you be doing?

Do you have experience in supporting individuals in a learning environment and have a strong dedication to supporting speakers of other languages with essential language skills? Christ in the Community is seeking an experienced learning supporter or someone with the drive to help support learners at our community English club.

As a Learning Support Volunteer, you will play a vital role in supporting learners with limited English-speaking skills. You will guide them in mastering basic grammar and practical language skills, enabling them to engage in everyday activities such as shopping, making appointments, and exchanging simple greetings. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping our learners build the language foundation they need to thrive in their daily lives.
