What will you be doing?

The fundraiser joining us will:

  • Shape Our Future: Develop and implement short-, mid-, and long-term fundraising strategies.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with trustees and the Chairman to ensure success.
  • Research: Conduct fundraising research to identify potential Business  donors.
  • Write Winning Bids: Craft compelling grant submissions.

You’ll have support in event management and marketing, plus a head start with research on potential donors from foundations, local businesses, and pharmaceutical companies.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience: Proven track record in fundraising planning and execution.
  • Attitude: Hands-on, proactive, and a true team player.
  • Skills:
    • Self-motivated and highly organised
    • Results-oriented with a strong focus
    • Excellent persuasive skills, both written and verbal

In this pivotal role, you’ll create and drive a successful fundraising programme, securing the funds we need to expand our much needed respite support. Your efforts will directly impact the lives of dementia family carers who tirelessly care for their loved ones 24/7.
