We are looking for a new addition to our IT team. The charity needs someone to help manage integral processes managing the data, resolving potential IT issues and having a heavy influence on infrastructure.

What will you be doing?

Job description:

  1. Creating (adding) new users (volunteers) to MO365, and sending introductory emails with instructions and links on how to logon and use Microsoft Authenticator.
  2. Deleting users on MO365 (together with their licence's) who have left WASC.
  3. Managing access to the WASC SharePoint for WASC users.
  4. Onboarding new IT users for WASC.
  5. Writing help guides for WASC users.
  6. Advising users (who are not familiar with MO365) on how to use Excel, Word and other apps. 
  7. Creating useful spreadsheets.
  8. Assisting HR with interviews for new IT volunteers.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with excellent IT skills who is willing to commit and work as a team. 

Skills required:

- Previous experience of IT Application & Systems support

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc

- Ability to continuously monitor and maintain systems and networks.

-  Excellent communications skills able to liaise with stakeholders and colleagues across the IT function

We are an Anti-bullying charity. Our aim is to help those who are targets of bullying through support and prevention and cooperation with university neuroscience research departments. Your work will help us achieve our vision and promote awareness of bullying.
