What will you be doing?

As an IT manager, you will manage the IT roadmap of Qisetna, ensuring the IT team is progressing with projects and tasks, you will also lead and mentor teammates and report on team performance. 

What are we looking for?

  • strong programming or technical background
  • experience designing and deploying IT applications and infrastructure
  • strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • the ability to link day-to-day projects to high-level strategy
  • experience tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and managing budgets
  • strong project management skills
  • the ability to work well under pressure
  • experience in project management
  • attention to detail

What difference will you make?

The volunteer will ensure the IT department of Qisetna runs in a seamless manner enabling Qisetna to meet its goals.
