Afrikindness is seeking a passionate and skilled IT & Digital Strategy leader to join our Executive Board.

What will you be doing?

As Executive Board Member for IT, you will oversee the charity’s digital infrastructure, lead a team of IT and digital specialists, and help drive digital transformation across our programmes. Your leadership will ensure that our digital platforms—including the website and fundraising tools—are secure, effective, and aligned with our strategic goals.

What are we looking for?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a team of web developers, IT specialists, and digital skills volunteers.
  • Oversee website management, functionality, and updates.
  • Strengthen cybersecurity and data protection practices.
  • Advise on digital fundraising strategies and support implementation.
  • Identify and implement digital tools to improve operations and outreach.
  • Ensure alignment of digital platforms with Afrikindness’ mission and brand.
