Innovations Officers are project managers that oversee the design, testing and implementation of a new scheme to the charity.
The Innovations Officers oversee their innovations project from start to finish ensuring goals are set, appropriately skilled volunteers are recruited to form a subcommittee, the project is designed, tested, reviewed and then rolled out across chapters. This can include managing the subcommittee, dealing with admin and finance requests and providing support to the project rollout.
Innovation Officers need to have experience in project management. They will be overseeing a team with many different aspects and team members and be responsible for developing, analysing and rolling out a new scheme.
Innovation Officers have the opportunity to take responsibility for a whole aspect of the charity, bringing something new and exciting into operation and to children across the UK.
