We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR Volunteer to support our human resources functions. Your role will be key in helping us manage recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and maintaining accurate HR records.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Help maintain and update employee records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in organising and facilitating employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Provide support in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration as needed.
- Prepare HR-related reports and presentations for management.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
- Participate in HR-related meetings and training sessions.
We are looking for a volunteer with experience in:
- Human resources or a related field.
- Recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintaining and managing HR records.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on team support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
