We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR Volunteer to support our human resources functions. Your role will be key in helping us manage recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and maintaining accurate HR records. 

What will you be doing?

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Help maintain and update employee records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist in organising and facilitating employee engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Provide support in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration as needed.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and presentations for management.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
  • Participate in HR-related meetings and training sessions.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a volunteer with experience in:

  • Human resources or a related field.
  • Recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintaining and managing HR records.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with a focus on team support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A passion for recruitment
