We seek a HR Trustee to help us to look after our Trustees, Staff and Volunteers, because it is our People who help our disability charity to make the magic happen!

What will you be doing?

Open Country is a Yorkshire-based charity (1107331) that helps disabled people to access and enjoy the countryside. We now seek an experience HR professional to help Open Country to achieve its strategic imperative to employ the best staff, volunteers and trustees. You will advise and support the Trustees, Chief Officer and other Open Country managers to ensure we are fulfilling our obligations to staff and volunteers.

What are we looking for?

Ideally, we seek an experienced HR professional. Knowledge of the not-for-profit sector would be an advantage.

This is a vital role, helping ensure we can continue our support for our Staff, Volunteers and Trustees, for our People are our single greatest asset. As a trustee and experienced HR professional, you will have a real opportunity to offer your unique skill set to help the strategic progression of the charity.
