HR Advisor/Policy management expert.
We are looking for someone with Human Resources experience to assist with creating/reviewing and standardising HR policies for our organisation.
You must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
You must be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people including clients, colleagues, Managers, Trustees, the general public and other stakeholders.
You should have a strong team working ethos.

High level of policy writing/reviewing experience.
Your input will shape how we present ourselves to our service users, stakeholders, funders and general public. With your help we will be able to continue to support victims and survivors of sexual abuse.
You will help us reach out to our volunteering community. Your networking will help amplify the work already being done by an excellent team of volunteers.
