ROMILDAMOR Foundation is seeking a passionate and organised individual to join our team as a Volunteer HR Advisor in our Career & Academic Departments. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes.

What will you be doing?

 Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Support:

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, pre-employment checks and communicating with candidates.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires.

2. Employee Records Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Process new hire paperwork, changes in employment status, and other personnel transactions.

3. Compliance:

  • Stay informed about Employment law and regulations to ensure HR policies and practices are compliant.
  • Assist in HR audits and compliance reporting.

4. General HR Administration:

  • Handle HR-related inquiries and provide information to employees.
  • Assist in organising employee engagement activities when required

5. Policy Implementation:

  • Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure employees are aware of and adhere to company policies.

6. Innovation and Process Improvement:

  • Identify challenges within current HR processes and proactively propose innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to implement changes that enhance efficiency and employee experience.
