Quays Housing are looking for a dedicated volunteer to work with us, supporting our clients with their personal & housing challenges. If you have the time, patience & experience of coaching or guiding others, we would love to hear from you.
Quays Housing provides high quality homes to those in housing need and create a pathway to support services so people can thrive within the community. All of our activities focus on supporting vulnerable individuals in need of accommodation and supporting each individual with their own challenges and goals.
Our team offer housing, support needs and most importantly kindness. We have an excellent bespoke training program and take health and safety extremely seriously. We are dedicated to addressing the immediate challenges people face, but beyond emergency provision of a hostel or shelter.

As a committed volunteer, you will be part of a team who provide high quality housing and tailored support to our clients, assisting them with the day to day running of our services and supporting our clients in all areas of their progression. You will have experience or knowledge of people experiencing circumstances such as homelessness, mental health issues, substance misuse, alcohol misuse and a history of offending, considering our clients physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

Our volunteers work with our tenants on a 1:1 basis to support them to develop essential life skills and to enable them to move on into their own or more stable accommodation.
