Ignite Hubs is a charitable organisation that is run and led by volunteers. We are looking to pioneer innovative and exciting ways for children and young people to learn.

What will you be doing?

We are looking for an experienced SEND professional at a senior level to oversee, coordinate and develop our SEND provision to enable children and young people of all abilities to take part in our educational programmes and offerings.

We currently offer coding sessions for children with SEND and the plan is to work with the Education team to design and create a SEND provision for any new programme releases so that we can offer an exciting variety of classes that they can take part in. We plan to launch a Lego and an Adobe Express programme.

You will manage a team of SEND Programme Managers and SEND Code Instructors to deliver the SEND classes and also work with Comms, Marketing and the Design teams to promote and attract more children to learn with us.

You will be our designated Lead officer for all SEND matters. You will be supported by our founder and members of staff to grow and expand our SEND offering, looking for ways to continuously improve, collate relevant KPIs/metrics, review and monitor the impact of the classes.

You will form relationships with schools and other relevant organisations to create useful materials and resources to support families and help raise awareness of what we do.
