What will you be doing?

Responsible for the structure, matching process, content, execution and administration of all the development and mentoring activities, in line with the strategy and the focus areas as defined by the PWN London board for the year. The Head of Mentoring understands and is passionate about the critical role mentoring plays in the progression of women professionals and is able to inspire, lead and match professional relationships to successful mentoring outcomes.

  • Experience in mentoring
  • Define the D&M activity and agenda for the full year
  • Own the strategy and execution of the Mentoring program, including contacts with sponsor, where applicable
  • Strong cooperation and collaboration with other board members including Marketing and Events
  • Collaborate and engage with PWN Global on mentoring initiatives
  • Support the execution of the mentoring process, including mentor / mentee matching and works closely with VP Events regarding the actual executionof mentoring meetings
  • Manage the administration supporting the mentoring programme, including evaluation of feedback through surveys, provide ongoing reports and stats relating to the mentoring programme
  • Maintains an active database of potential mentors, including data about strengths and specialties’
