Are you seeking to use your talents to improve the lives of young people living with mental illness? Do you have experience of Trusts and Foundations? Do you want to be part of building a new, and exciting charity?

What will you be doing?

We are It’s OK, a new national charity with the aim of helping and supporting young people with moderate to severe mental illness through mentorship, education and campaigning. 

What will you be doing?

  • To work closely with the Head of fundraising to develop and execute fundraising strategies for individuals at all levels.
  • Identify, cultivate and secure new donors.
  • To oversee the maintenance of accurate information regarding all communication with existing and potential donors, funding submissions.
  • To manage CRM databases to aid individual giving. 

What are we looking for?

  • A track record of working in individual giving. 
  • Experience of working with CRM.
  • Highly numerate with demonstrable experience of preparing and managing budgets.
  • Good organisation skills, and competent in the use of Word, Excel and databases.
  • An inspiring leader, who has previous experience of developing the skills and confidence of their team.
  • Highly creative and innovative. 
  • A commitment to supporting young people living with moderate to severe mental illness
