We are looking for a dedicated HR professional to help us recruit, onboard, and organize a team that will drive our mission forward.

What will you be doing?

What you may be doing depending on area of experience?

  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment processes to build a team aligned with HAPHE’s goals.
  • Onboarding Coordination: Design and manage onboarding programs to support new team members and ensure alignment with project needs.
  • Team Organization: Work closely with project leaders to assign team members based on skills, availability, and priorities.
  • Volunteer Management: Provide ongoing guidance to volunteers, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
  • Policy Development: Assist in refining HR policies and practices that support a healthy, engaged, and productive remote team.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in HR, recruitment, or team management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate teams across multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and collaboration.
  • Passion for mental health advocacy and supporting teams dedicated to trauma prevention.
  • Understanding of the unique needs of remote and volunteer teams is a plus.
