Raise awareness of our overseas projects which support homeless companion animals and companion animals living in poverty
You will be posting content which highlights our work supporting animals in our shelter project in Turkey. You will be writing engaging posts about our work in our clinic including spay and neuter campaigns, educational promotions and shelter life in general.
You will have contact with other team members to be aware of the work we are carrying out, social events and fundraising promotions.
Tweets will focus on awareness raising, growing our supporter base and fundraising
A degree in marketing or journalism
3 years minimum experience in running social media
Good organisational experience
An understanding of the financial constraints of a social enterprise
Must like dogs
You will have a hugely positive impact on dogs that nobody wants. All of the dogs that come in to our shelter have been abused and arrive with medical conditions or special needs. Our work with them really is the difference between life and death.
Growth is vital to the success of our project in Turkey and this role is key in ensuring that we succeed.
