What will you be doing?

About "Start Line":Start Line is designed to introduce beginners to the world of running. Whether they’re new to fitness or seeking a fresh start, this club offers a welcoming and supportive environment where everyone can progress at their own pace.

 

Role: Group LeaderAs a Group Leader, you'll be at the forefront of this initiative, guiding and inspiring our runners. You will:

  • Lead weekly running sessions, ensuring a positive, inclusive experience for all participants.
  • Provide encouragement and expert advice to help beginners build their confidence and fitness.
  • Foster a friendly, supportive atmosphere where everyone feels welcome.
  • Assist in organizing and planning sessions, including warm-ups, cool-downs, and run routes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of 3 years' running experience.
  • Proven experience in team leadership or group management.
  • Strong communication and motivational skills.
  • A commitment to inclusivity and making running accessible to all.
  • Availability to lead sessions regularly.
