Responsibilities

• Help translate the Earth Hero app from English to Greek. We already have a good start, but are looking for help to speed it up.
• Review the test Greek version before it is released to the public. 
• Advise on how to better customize the Earth Hero app for Greek users beyond the language update.
• Perform various translation and interpretation duties as needed once the Greek version of the app is launched. This could include helping respond to messages, translating for social media, and other things like website content, news articles, and reports.

Experiences useful in this role

• Fluent in Greek.
• Current with the latest Greek-language idioms and cultural references to allow for great translations.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Expectations

You will work remotely and on your own schedule. Roles work best with a minimum commitment of 6 months for 3 - 5 hours a week (or more if you like!). Because our all-volunteer team is spread throughout the world, we rely mostly on a combination of Slack and video calls to communicate.
