We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Google Ads Volunteer to help us re-establish our presence on Google Ads following our recent website overhaul and rebrand.

What will you be doing?

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Google Ads Volunteer to help us re-establish our presence on Google Ads following our recent website overhaul and rebrand. Your expertise will also enable us to effectively utilise our Google Ad Grant, ensuring our campaigns are optimised to reach and engage our target audience. We are a small organisation which makes a big difference to over 25,000 people each year, join us and help uss make sure Syrian communities have the education and medical care they need, every day, and when emergencies strike.  

Responsibilities 

  • Account Setup & Management: Assist in reactivating and setting up our Google Ads account with the new domain and website. 
  • Grant Utilisation: Help us make the most of our Google Ad Grant by ensuring we comply with all requirements and optimise our campaigns for maximum impact. 
  • Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic Google Ads plan that aligns with our mission and goals. 
  • Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify the best terms for our campaigns. 
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement. 
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to our team to ensure sustainable management of the Google Ads account moving forward. 

What are we looking for?

  • Experience: Proven experience with Google Ads, particularly in setting up and managing accounts for non-profits or utilising Google Ad Grants. 
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in keyword research. 
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Google Ad Grants policies and best practices. 
  • Passion: A genuine interest in Action Syria’s mission and a desire to make a positive impact through digital marketing.
