What will you be doing?

To ensures MMARAP functions in a legal and ethical manner while meeting its business goals. Be responsible for developing compliance programs, reviewing company policies, and advising management on possible risks.

What are we looking for?

MMARAP is seeking a passionate person with vital skills and experience such as:-

  • Offer clear and pragmatic legal advice while leading
  • Implementing strategies to strengthen the overall governance, compliance.
  • Probity practices of the organisation.
  • Making sure that all the arrangements are made for our Board and Committees

What difference will you make?

This is a crucial area and your help, skills and expertise will enhance MMARAP to it's creditable standards. The difference will enable us to approach funders, investors and contractors with a stronger stance knowing our compliances are within it's regulation. This will allow the organisation and it's beneficiaries feeling much safer with it's GDPR and other legal compliances in place
