We're seeking a Fundraising Officer to power our mission, driving income, inspiring supporters, and securing the resources that make our work possible.

What will you be doing?

We’re looking for a proactive and passionate Fundraising Officer who can transform great ideas into income and build relationships that lead to long-term support. You’ll be an articulate communicator with strong writing skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to stay organised while juggling multiple priorities.

You’ll bring experience in fundraising—whether through grant writing, donor engagement, or campaign support—and a creative, can-do mindset for identifying new opportunities. Whether you’re crafting a compelling funding proposal, maintaining the donor pipeline, or helping coordinate a fundraising event, you care deeply about making a difference and helping us grow the impact of our work.

What are we looking for?

Fundraising & Income Generation

Plan and deliver effective fundraising campaigns and appeals
Identify new funding opportunities and develop tailored proposals
Research, write, and submit grant applications to trusts, foundations, and public bodies
Develop and manage relationships with corporate partners and sponsors

Donor Engagement & Stewardship

Build strong relationships with donors and supporters through regular communication
Manage donor journeys, ensuring excellent stewardship and retention
Coordinate thank-you processes, updates, and impact reporting

Reporting, Pipeline & Administration

Maintain and regularly update spreadsheets tracking donor contacts, proposals, and income pipeline
Organise and manage fundraising data to ensure efficient tracking of progress and deadlines
Use CRM systems to log interactions and generate reports
Ensure all fundraising activities comply with data protection and fundraising regulations

Events & Campaign Support

Support the delivery of in-person and virtual fundraising events
Contribute creative ideas for income generation and supporter engagement
Assist with communications, including social media, newsletters, and donor updates
