The International Association for Democracy (IAD) is an NGO that works to defend and advance democracy around the globe.

What will you be doing?

Job description:

Assist in the overall work of raising money for the NGO
Research and contact potential donors, maintain donor relations
Write grant application
Deliver fundraising campaigns
Create and maintain a budget for the association
Maintain a sound economic behaviour within the organisation

What are we looking for?

Previous experience with fundraising or auditing (in personal or professional capacity)
Experience in event planning and networking skills
Basic understanding of Google Workspace and collaboration tools on Google Docs
Passion for promoting democracy, rule of law and human rights
