Welcome to Reach Volunteering. We are a community and registered charity that connects people, skills and good causes.

To apply for this role, and any other on our platform, you need to be based in the UK, have at least three years of experience using the skills you wish to volunteer in a professional capacity or have lived experience (for trustee roles). Read more about our criteria.

We are looking for an experienced fundraising officer to help us maintain & grow our donor engagement. You will need a degree in a relevant field with at least 3 years experience.

What will you be doing?

We are a small social enterprise with a passion for supporting vulnerable companion animals. We take on ambitious projects and need support to ensure that our projects are sustainable well in to the future. We are looking for a fundraising officer who is able to assist us with fundraising development strategies. 

We need help delivering speeches & presentations, executing professionally constructed communications, accurate database record keeping, event marketing & post event follow ups.

What are we looking for?

Good organisational skills

Good presentation & communication skills.

An understanding of the financial constraints of a social enterprise

You need to be comfortable & confident engaging with others

Good IT skills

A degree in a relevant discipline

3 years corporate fundraising experience

The ability to quickly understand the aims of our organisation 

Must like dogs

Your involvement with our organisation will allow us to replicate current projects in much needed areas. Our clinical work saves the lives of vulnerable dogs every day, our spay & neuter programmes reduce the burden placed on rescue organisations. Your volunteering with us will ensure that we grow in a sustainable manner, not only providing our current services but helping even more animals and their people during times of hardship.
