Visitors from Fifth Day

Welcome to Reach Volunteering. We are a community and registered charity that connects people, skills and good causes.

To apply for this role, and any other on our platform, you need to be based in the UK, have at least three years of experience using the skills you wish to volunteer in a professional capacity or have lived experience (for trustee roles). Read more about our criteria.

As a grassroots charity, we rely on fundraising activities and sponsorship, so we are looking for someone who can take on the challenge of fundraising in this difficult climate.

What will you be doing?

We are looking for someone who can help create fundraising initiatives for individuals and corporates as well as providing updates for existing sponsors and further opportunities for them.

Volunteers need the ability to think of creative ways of raising funds. The ability to work independently and collaborative within a team. A passion for children’s education and wellbeing

As this role is remote, volunteers will require their own computer and internet access. This is a fully flexible role, with a requirement to attend a meeting with the trustees on dates and times to suit.

What are we looking for?

Experience in charitable fundraising, researching, creating and running events and activities that raie funds for the charity while maintaining our values and aims.

What difference will you make?

As a grassroots charity, we have no paid administration staff and we need extra support to help bring in extra income to enable us to continue moving forward with our charitable projects. We are looking for volunteers who can fundraise both virtually and remotely, understanding that 100% of income received from public fundraising goes directly to the charity.

Before you apply

As a small grassroots charity, we need an independent volunteer who can work remotely with the trustee responsible for the financial aspects of the charity.
