Are you an expert in designing and executing fundraising campaigns? Do you wish to use your skills to do something meaningful within Animal Welfare? The RSPCA needs people like you so that we can help the animals of our local region.

What will you be doing?

We are seeking a Fundraising Manager to develop and then execute a plan to restart fundraising activities in a newly re-started Branch. Someone who knows what to do, how to do it and can both do it themselves and co-ordinate a team of volunteers to supercharge our fundraising. Join a team of motivated people who use their skills to do something meaningful and make a real difference. This is a volunteer role.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Help the Branch leaders to understand how best raise money to support Animal Welfare activities
  • Develop and execute an approach for fundraising which emphasises online / digital campaigns, to reflect the available resources
  • Lead a team of volunteers who are available and keen to support fundraising activities
  • Recruit further volunteers and develop partnerships with local businesses and other charities to expand our fundraising reach and scale

What are we looking for?

Experience in events and fundraising. We support all types of animals and we seek all types of people - diversity is our strength. We seek people who want to work together to improve animal welfare. We are a team, we support each other and learn from each other. You should be an expert at what you do and able to both plan and execute. We want you to bring your skills and motivation, your problem solving skills and ability to get along with people and get things done. If you live on Teesside we would love to hear from you. Together we can make a real difference.

What difference will you make?

Fundraising is at the heart of everything we do. It enables us to support animal welfare activities and without funding we cannot run these important programs.
