We are seeking a passionate and strategic Fundraising Lead to join NiB team. 

What will you be doing?

In this voluntary role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective fundraising strategies to support our mission. Your efforts will be crucial in securing the financial resources needed to advance our initiatives and make a meaningful impact in the neurodiversity community.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising plans to meet financial targets. 
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, sponsors, and partners. 
  • Organise and manage fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives. 
  • Prepare grant proposals and applications to secure funding from foundations and other sources. 
  • Maintain accurate records of donations and manage donor databases. 
  • Provide regular reports on fundraising activities and progress to the leadership team. 
  • Collaborate with the Marcomms team to create compelling fundraising materials and campaigns. 
  • Stay informed about fundraising trends and best practices to continuously improve our strategies. 

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in fundraising, development, or a related field. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. 
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills. 
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for NiB mission. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus. 
  • Commitment to promoting neurodiversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
