What will you be doing?

Are you a successful Fundraising Leader looking for a fresh challenge with an exciting and innovative Charity? 

This is a great time to join TTI Charity, as our Fundraising & Corporate Collaboration Officer and you will be pivotal in expanding our financial support base.  Your role involves researching potential donors, crafting compelling grant proposals, and fostering relationships with existing supporters. This position offers a unique opportunity for someone with a fundraising background who is eager to make a meaningful impact. You’ll ensure that we continue to grow our fundraising profile and successes to enable us to continue to make a difference.

You’ll have experience at a senior level with a proven track record of success in generating income at various levels. You will set the fundraising strategy with Senior Management, lead and manage relationships with our valued network of supporters, volunteers, and partners.  As well as overseeing and implementing the fundraising strategy and initiatives to ensure we meet our ambitious targets, you’ll also be hands on, with significant practical experience in at least one of the following areas: corporates, major gifts, grants and legacies.  An excellent communicator, you will be adept at building strong relationships with staff, volunteers, and supporters.  You will be comfortable being front facing, representing the Charity, hosting events and networking.  Working collaboratively with the senior team, you’ll be able to think and work at a strategic level and put operational plans in place.  Proactive and creative in your approach, you will also be well organised with strong attention to detail.  You’ll ensure high standards, with a professional and ethical approach to your work, and be motivated to make a difference.

 

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a volunteer who is experienced in Charity Fundraising and Event Management.

What difference will you make?

We are ideally looking for candidates that have the following attributes and skills:

  • Extensive experience in roles within fundraising or communications
  • Experience in creating and implementing fundraising and communications strategies 
  • Experience in managing relationships and securing funding from institutional donors, trusts and foundations
  • Experience in writing successful funding proposals and presenting budgets, financial and narrative reports 
  • Knowledge of fundraising policies and legislation relevant to the UK charity sector
