Renaissance Foundation is looking for a volunteer Fundraising Advisor! If you have experience in Fundraising and would like to become a volunteer Advisor to this impactful, growing charity, please apply to this role.

What will you be doing?

 The role will involve some regular and some more flexible time commitments, providing ad-hoc and project-based support to Renaissance Foundation and presenting to the Board as relevant. This is a volunteer role; candidates must be based in / have a right to work in the UK.

This role will:

  • Provide support and guidance to the fundraising team to maximise fundraising 
  • Assist in the development and implementation of a diversified and sustainable fundraising strategy 
  • Provide support and advice to develop effective and transparent fundraising reporting 
  • Support the CEO and fundraising team to cultivate relationships with businesses and individuals with the capacity to support RF

What are we looking for?

An experienced leader, having a background in Fundraising strategy, with a broad knowledge of all areas of fundraising, particularly corporate and philanthropy supported by a sound understanding of fundraising regulation and governance. Experience of small, start-up charities will be particularly useful.
