We would like help using our quickbooks data to create financial reports that will give us financial reporting and create good management accounts.
We are looking for someone with experience in Quickbooks specifically to train our staff (they are already fairly well experienced). We would like someone who has experience in financial management and reporting.
We have a complicated business due to the diverse incomes & activities. It is hard to ensure each area is profit making and we don';t have a firm grip on what our overheads are. We would like to create a dashboard that can show us targets and for example a breakeven point.
It is extremely stressful not knowing where we are financially. We will be able to deliver a much better service if we are less stressed. If we can become in profit, we will be able to better serve our community by reinvesting our profits with confidence.
