What will you be doing?

We need volunteers who can deliver coaching sessions to help clients improve their confidence, motivation and other areas that will help them find and sustain employment. You'll coach clients on a one-to-one basis face to face. 

We also are looking for employment volunteers who can host group sessions to support with employability & challenges in the labour market, how to adapt CVs, how to search for jobs, how to present yourself at interview.By offering this help, you will give our clients a chance to practise their job seeking skills and share your experience and knowledge from your own career.Successful applicants will be asked to completed a DBS check at an enhanced level. Complete all relevant risk assessments 

What are we looking for?

You’ll need to bring your experience of the world of work, recruiting people or motivating others to the role. You will also:• Want to help people facing disadvantage work towards achievable goals• Are able to work with groups of vulnerable adults• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Have a professional manner and the ability to work independently• Have patience and excellent listening skills
