Our award-winning charity is looking for an experienced HR administrator volunteer. The role will involve supporting the HR Lead with recruitment of new volunteers, applying for awards and taking minutes at our regular leadership meetings. 

What will you be doing?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding and offboarding volunteers
  • Maintaining the data in our HR system
  • Liaising with the department leads to identify recruitment needs
  • Generating management information for the HR Lead
  • Support the process for applying for Awards
  • Take minutes at our regular leadership meetings on a rota basis
  • Support with other HR related projects as and when required

What are we looking for?

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • Previous HR administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience of HR software systems
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft products in particular MS Teams
