North London's leading opera company, dedicated to advancing young singers, is seeking an imaginative and experienced PR/social network manager to join its executive committee and lead a new and exciting phase of development.
Working alongside our experienced team, you will assist HGO in taking responsibility for reviewing and managing our existing social media (website, Facebook, etc.) and raising our profile and identifying opportunities for HGO throughout information media.
HGO, a registered charity, is alone in providing a platform for tomorrow's opera stars with which to launch their careers in fully staged productions with orchestra before London audiences. Over 30 years, many of our alumni are now amongst Britain's leading singers and we are regularly nominated for the Off Weste-End Awards ("Offies") - for the 2019 awards (due March) we are one of the three finalists.
Now we are adding new and vital initatives to our activities, including programmes for schools and the community, and the provision of bursaries to give support our singers during rehearsal period and productions. We're uniquely qualified to make a difference - we need your help to tell the world about it!
We are seeking an imaginative and experienced PR/social network manager.
