HAPHE is seeking a motivated and skilled Executive Associate to take on a leadership of a project in driving strategic initiatives in a key area such as HR, project management, Legal compliance and fundraising.

What will you be doing?

As an Executive Associate at HAPHE, you will be responsible for independently managing and executing a single project in one of the following areas:

  • HR Leadership: Oversee volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and training processes. Develop strategies to ensure team engagement and alignment with HAPHE’s mission.
  • Project Management: Lead a special project from start to finish, so that deliverables are met on time and within scope. Manage project team, track progress, and report on outcomes.
  • Fundraising Strategy: Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors and/or donor platforms. Lead the development of proposals, manage fundraising events, and oversee donor relations to ensure sustained support for HAPHE’s initiatives.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans that align with HAPHE’s goals. Contribute to long-term visioning and goal-setting processes.
