Would you like to work with a dynamic organisation striving for social impact through social innovation? We are looking for a highly organised and pro-active Executive Administrator to provide support to the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the leadership team, including scheduling meetings, and organising travel arrangements.
- Communication: Act as the first point of contact for executive communications, managing correspondence and ensuring timely responses.
- Document Management: Prepare, edit, and organise documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and events. Draft SOP's, policies and manuals.
- Event Planning: Organise and coordinate events, workshops, and conferences, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Must Have:
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, OR in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
Should Have:
- Experience working in a non-profit, social enterprise, or mission-driven organisation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions.
