Welcome to Reach Volunteering. We are a community and registered charity that connects people, skills and good causes.

To apply for this role, and any other on our platform, you need to be based in the UK, have at least three years of experience using the skills you wish to volunteer in a professional capacity or have lived experience (for trustee roles). Read more about our criteria.

Engage your ability to prioritise, administrative skills, systematic organisation and varied communication styles to support the local Director with management of our environmental causes. 

What will you be doing?

CPRE London is a charity that fights to protect London’s green spaces. By volunteering with us you’ll be helping to find positive solutions for the issues facing the countryside and the environment. You’ll make a real difference and be a central part of a friendly and passionate charity.


What you will be doing

  • Assist with Trustee Meetings, The Annual General Meeting and other meetings involving the Director as necessary
  • Diary management and meeting scheduling for the Director and occasionally the wider London team
  • Administrative system development and maintenance
  • Streamline how the Director is working by proactively utilising time management tools
  • Minute taking plus circulate actions from minutes, follow up on actions as required
  • Liaise with the landlord to ensure the office space provides a conducive environment for the well-being of staff and volunteers.

  • Adept at prioritisation
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal
  • Competent IT skills familiar with the Office suite of tools
