We are looking for an UK Event Project Manager, will be the driving force behind the successful production of our event and competition series.

What will you be doing?

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, and timelines for each event
  • Coordinate schedules for founders, contestants, stakeholders, investors, and production staff
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
  • Conduct bi-monthly team meetings to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned
  • Oversee logistics for entrepreneur pitches and investor panel sessions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in events or business
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from conception to completion
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar tools)
