Flexible within 15 hours. This roll is fully remote, however in the case of in-person events some travel may be necessary.

To plan and coordinate the running of fun events to help raise funds for the charity. This could include challenge events, football matches, and Gaming for Good events. We welcome collaboration and new ideas too!

What will you be doing?

To assist the CEO in raising funds to support the charity's work by organising and supporting fun events for our community partners and the public. Working with a great team, you will help ensure the smooth and professional running of events, which may be virtual, in-person, or a hybrid, making the event as accessible as possible. The role involves researching and selecting venues and service providers, working with the Marketing team on promoting the event, and helping deliver the event on the day.

What are we looking for?

  • Experienced communicator who is comfortable dealing with different stakeholder groups.
  • Strong organisation and planning skills, with enthusiasm for achieving targets and giving event participants a great experience.
  • Previous sales, fundraising or events management experience would be ideal.
  • This is a new role for someone to be involved in an exciting new venture to create memorable events to bring people together and support the charity's mission.
