As part of a small team, you will use your experience to collaborate building events that are unique, memorable and impactful. Together, you will share ideas, motivation and have a flair in being creative. Your talent to harness positive energy, which can even be felt through a screen (during these remote times!) will help create an incredible experience that everyone who takes part in will really enjoy. You will also be able to reflect and critique on key successes and things that perhaps did not go so well, to work towards how we can make our events even better and continuously improve.

  • Planning and coordinating resources, such as venue, seating and guest list (post lockdown!)

  • Build and adhere to an event budget (with no or limited budget)

  • Planning multiple events at once

  • Handle events from start to finish

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

  • Solid experience reaching potential clients and sponsors

  • Background in targeting audiences (how to reach people and where advertise our marketing campaigns)

  • Highly organised

  • Great attention to detail

  • Ability to improvise

  • Problem solver

  • Experience coordinating events, remotely

  • Committed to diversity and equality

  • Excellent time management

  • Prioritise tasks accordingly
