Enthusiastic and organized Event Coordinator sought to spearhead enABLE Foundation UK events to eradicate the stigma surrounding dementia. Play a pivotal role in curating experiences that amplify our message & educate communities.

What will you be doing?

As the Event Coordinator for enABLE Foundation UK, your primary role will be to conceptualize, organize, and execute a range of events that further our mission of fostering understanding and compassion towards dementia.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Event Design & Planning: Conceptualize events that resonate with our target audience, aligning with our mission and brand.
  2. Logistics Management: Oversee all logistical aspects, from venue selection, vendor liaisons, to on-the-day coordination.
  3. Budgeting: Draft and manage event budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources to maximize impact.
  4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and sponsors to ensure successful event execution.
  5. Feedback & Evaluation: Collate feedback post-events and analyze success metrics to derive insights for future endeavors.

What are we looking for?

  1. Event Management: Proven expertise in designing, planning, and executing diverse events, from seminars to fundraisers.
  2. Budgeting & Financial Management: Ability to draft budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective event execution.
  3. Stakeholder Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with vendors, partners, and team members.
  4. Time Management: Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and deadlines, ensuring that every event element falls into place seamlessly.
  5. Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and adaptability to navigate unforeseen challenges, ensuring smooth event flow.
  6. Brand Alignment: Awareness of the enABLE Foundation's mission and values, ensuring events consistently reflect and amplify our message.
