The Wilts & Berks Canal Trust is actively restoring the historic canal corridor through Wiltshire, Swindon and Oxfordshire for the benefit of many groups, individuals and members of the public.

What will you be doing?

Canal experience is not necessary but civil engineers or those with allied engineering / building skills will be able to contribute to the tasks.  The team undertakes a wide range of activities from pre-feasibility route studies through to supporting site activities for new and restored canal features.  Knowledge of water resources is another key skill area we need.

What are we looking for?

Preferably a civil engineer or someone with allied engineering/building skills.  Knowledge of water resources would be useful but not a requirement.

What difference will you make?

You will part of an exciting and challenging project to restore 70 miles of canal running through some of southern England's most beautiful landscapes.
