As a Email Marketing Strategist, you will be an integral part of the digital marketing team, playing a vital role in raising awareness and engagement for our Kindness in School Programme™. 

What will you be doing?

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop engaging email content that highlights our stories, case studies, and impact.

Campaign Management: Assist in planning and executing email campaigns to support fundraising, events, and communications goals.

Email Design: Create visually appealing layouts and graphics for email newsletters.

Analytics & Reporting: Track email performance, analyze metrics, and provide insights to improve future strategies.

Idea Generation: Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative email content that resonates with our audience.

Essential Skills and Experience:

2-3+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media management

Excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to adapt your tone to various audiences

Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices

Proficiency in using social media management tools like Hootsuite, Facebook Business Manager, etc.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Passionate about our cause and making a difference in children's lives

Desirable:

Experience in the film, media, or charity sector

Understanding of emotional intelligence and its importance in child development
