Exceptional Individuals is committed to empowering neurodivergent individuals by fostering connections with inclusive employers. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Email Marketing Specialist to volunteer with us. 

What will you be doing?

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure timely and accurate distribution of the newsletter to engage employers.
  • Develop a content calendar to manage and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns.
  • Write compelling content that educates and engages the target audience.
  • Optimise campaigns to increase email open rates and click-through rates.
  • Ensure all email campaigns comply with current best practices in the industry.
  • Analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment with our mission and goals.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role.
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
  • Experience with email automation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with analytical and database tools.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong commitment to supporting neurodivergent individuals in the workforce
